Churchville-Chili Central School District marked the grand opening of its stadium turf field and track with a ribbon-cutting celebration and balloon launch at the beginning of the school year, and continued the celebration at the district’s Board of Education meeting this October. 

On October 23, Churchville-Chili Board of Education members and district officials were presented commemorative shadowboxes to recognize their dedication to making Phase V of the Capital Improvement Project a reality. Each box contained an aerial shot of the district’s new stadium, as well as samples of track and all-weather turf installed this summer.

The New York State School Boards Association recognizes October 22-26 as School Board Recognition Week. Throughout the week, board members at Churchville-Chili CSD and school districts across the state are being honored for their community involvement and commitment to public education.
