Vaughn began building general construction experience at a young age through a family business. He landed his first full-time position in the industry in 2006, and in 2012, came onboard at Campus as a Project Manager. In 2020, he advanced to his current Project Executive role. During his tenure with Campus, he has managed over $500 million of project value for our clients. 

As Project Executive and a highly regarded leader, Vaughn provides overall direction and support to projects in Western New York. He assists teams and clients with the decision-making process, and reviews & assesses project budgets, schedules, and costs.

Vaughn holds an MBA in Finance from Canisius University and a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo.
