After enjoying success as a professional hockey player, sports facility managing partner and town supervisor, Rory brought his project management talents to Campus in 2024 as Project Manager. He quickly demonstrated excellence in leadership and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills and was promoted to Director of Project Partnerships in 2025. Rory’s established community connections and his focus on fiscal responsibility as it relates to our clients’ project investments are additional contributors to his accelerated growth.

As Director of Project Partnerships, Rory develops and implements strategies for project-specific partnerships and foster collaboration with owners, contractors, vendors, community organizations, and government agencies. Rory also mentors and develops high-performing teams of internal and external resources to ensure strategic goals are met.

Rory holds a degree in Business Administration from Cambrian College. He was inducted into the Rochester Amerks Hall of Fame in 2024, and as an engaged community member, he was presented with a McCullough Community Service Award.
