Jason’s construction industry career started in 2007, and he joined Campus just one year later. Since 2008, he has gained exposure to a variety of roles including Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Field Manager, and Estimator. In 2021, Jason was promoted to his current Director of Project Development position. He has supported $1.5 billion worth of projects during his time with the company.  

As Director of Project Development, he works with teams to facilitate project planning and assist with scope development, estimates, constructability reviews, schedules, and bid documents. Jason also manages the corporate processes for these activities to ensure consistency and accuracy companywide. 

Jason holds an A.A.S. degree in Construction Technologies from Monroe Community College.
