This capital project included renovations at the high school, middle school, and Washington West Elementary School. Project highlights were an auditorium renovation, new turf field & lighting, courtyard improvements, classroom renovations, safety & security upgrades, and replacement of the fire alarm system and all heating, cooling, & ventilation systems.

A modification vote passed, adding $5.5 million to the budget to remediate contaminated soils at the location of the athletic field and playground. Our contract was extended to manage scope modifications to the field portion of work.
