The new 72,500 SF facility will be sized to fit 30-32 trucks as well as six truck mechanic areas and supporting facilities. Next to the clear span building will be 9,500 SF of additional space for administrative offices, locker rooms, a kitchen and break room area, training spaces, and storage.

The project also includes a new salt storage facility and site improvements. Once the new facility is completed, the original garage structure will be demolished.
