This project establishes secure entrances at all elementary schools and creates mental health and counseling spaces. Renovations at other schools will enhance mental health suites. Mendon High School will receive a 2-story addition for science and language classrooms along with new tennis and pickleball courts. Sutherland High School students will enjoy new tennis courts, and existing courts will be converted to pickleball courts. Barker Road Middle School's pool will be infilled, and the small gym reconfigured for a fitness center, multipurpose room and technology suite. A D-Zone field events area will also be created. Generators, ventilation, HVAC systems, and water lines will be installed/replaced at multiple district schools.
