With a new site procured and Campus as its CM partner, the District has moved forward with the construction of a new transportation/buildings & grounds facility initiative. 

A new Network Operations Center will be created in the existing building. In addition, renovations and infrastructure upgrades are taking place at each of the District’s schools and facilities. This includes full renovation of the STEAM room, Family & Consumer Science rooms, and cafeteria serving line, a loading dock addition at Bay Trail MS, an elevator replacement at Indian Landing, and a new security vestibule at Harris ES.

Penfield HS will benefit from new security vestibules, renovated library & commons, installation of a new multi-purpose field for baseball/softball/other sports, as well as roofing, flooring, parking, and electrical upgrades.
