This capital project included cosmetology, culinary, CISCO, precision manufacturing, and welding space renovations as well as reconfiguration of the teaching kitchen.

Masonry reconstruction took place throughout the campus and the roof was replaced at the Linden Park building. Various interior finish replacements, including carpeting, painting, and ceiling tile replacements were also performed. 

Visitor entrances were reconfigured, sitework & repaving was performed, and exterior & indoor doors, rooftop units, and heat pumps were replaced campus wide. The pool was also renovated.
