This project promotes safety throughout District grounds, upgrades the air handling infrastructure, and repoints/repairs deteriorating bricks and windows at all buildings. Additional items include an elevator upgrade and modernization at the high school, and watermain replacement at the middle school. 

Campus was also retained to provide assistance for a planned kitchen equipment renovation. Our team assigned to the Capital Project is providing pre-construction and construction phase services to facilitate installation of new equipment prior to the planned groundbreaking for the Capital Project. The District is realizing cost savings and efficiencies by performing this work concurrent with the main project.
