Major scope items for this capital project included gym renovations, single point of entry addition for Kenmore West High School, artificial turf athletic facility for Kenmore East High School, classroom additions at multiple elementary schools, and cafeteria expansion & auditorium balcony seating replacement at Charles A. Lindbergh Elementary School.

In 2024, $8.5 millions of approved capital reserve funds were put towards the project as a Phase IV.
