Major scope items for this capital project included gym renovations, single point of entry addition for Kenmore West High School, artificial turf athletic facility for Kenmore East High School, and classroom additions at multiple elementary schools. Additionally, roofs were replaced, parking lots and sidewalks were reconstructed, drop-off and pick-up lanes were created, and gender-neutral bathrooms were added at the high schools and middle schools. 

In 2024, $8.5 millions of approved capital reserve funds were put towards the project as a Phase IV.
