Phase 1 included new secure entrances, roof replacements, synthetic turf field replacement, field upgrades, Natatorium & pool renovation, and reconfiguring York Lecture Hall. 

Phase 2 work affects 9 buildings and includes an addition & renovation to South Hill Elementary. Enfield Elementary is receiving a geothermal well field with heat pumps, and Lehman Alternative Community School will have a new main entry and upgraded basketball court. Boyton Middle School work includes auditorium renovations, secure vestibule, and servery renovation. Caroline ES will get an EV bus charger.
