This Capital Project includes upgrades, improvements, and routine maintenance at multiple District facilities.

Florence Brasser Elementary School work involves revising the bus loop/pick-up/drop-off, relocating the main office & secure entry, and upgrades to the HVAC/ventilation, generator/electrical, fire alarm & lighting. The majority of the Administrative Building is being converted to a Pre-K Center with the addition of a secure entry, restrooms, nurse's office, and occupational & physical therapy spaces.

High School & Middle School work include upgrades to both technology classrooms, updates to band/choral practice spaces at the Middle School and Building Condition Survey items at both schools. For sitework, a multi-purpose field was constructed.
