This district-wide renovation included a high school cafeteria created by infilling (2) two-story courtyards and converting four separate spaces into one.
The HS science wing was completely renovated to accommodate ninth-grade students. Sitework included a new 200,000 SF, multi-purpose turf field.
At Minerva Deland, windows and storefront were replaced while the building was occupied. Johanna Perrin's STEM room was renovated along with Martha Brown's 6 science rooms.
The bus loop was reconfigured, a student drop off/pickup was established and new stormwater management system was installed at Jefferson Ave. Single secure point of entries were completed at 7 schools in conjunction with a $3.2M Smart Bond project.
