Cathedral Place is an 11-story, historic building in downtown Buffalo. The lower six floors of office space are being converted to 45 market-rate apartments featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. A fitness center and restaurant will also be constructed within the 60,000 sf of converted space.
