Phase 1 included construction of a bag house and pro shop building. Demolition of existing space also created new locker rooms, golf simulators, lounges, offices, and gathering rooms.

An addition houses a fitness center and Halfway House/Wellness Cafe kitchen with exterior patio.

Phase 2 includes demo of the remaining clubhouse to construct a kitchen, offices, member grille, lounges, exterior patios, drive-under portico, and an underground Grotto.

New mechanicals to support the specialty areas were installed including beer and soda line infrastructure throughout. The exterior of the clubhouse was finished with a combination of brick, stone, precast pieces, and high-end millwork trim details.
