Buildings remained operational, and heavy coordination with the District was required for this phased project encompassing emergency boiler work and phases 1 & 2 of the capital project.

High School gym renovations were included with a new floor, bleachers, lighting, basketball backboards, and scoreboard installations, press box area demo & infill, paint & masonry repairs, and a partial roof replacement.

Renovations of the French Road Elementary gym included new floor, painting and installation of a new rooftop unit for a/c. Additional work at French Road included replacement of the cooling tower, boiler, and playground.

Work at Twelve Corners Middle School included boiler replacements, domestic hot water boiler replacements, and building-wide controller upgrades.
