Student Experience Culminates in Ribbon Cutting Participation

Spencerport Central School District held a ribbon cutting event on August 26, 2025, to mark the completion of Canal View Elementary School's new secure vestibule.

Students who took part in a third-grade enrichment group last school year had the opportunity to speak during the ceremony. The students had met with Patrick Arrow (Campus Project Manager) and Mike Ingalls (Campus Field Manager) monthly during the school year to discuss the addition that was being constructed on their building and to tour the site. Before summer recess, they compiled a Presentation showcasing the construction process and what they learned.

Canal View Elementary's secure vestibule is part of the District's $23.4 million Future Ready: 2022 Capital Improvement Project wrapping up this year.

Two Campus Project Staffers Receive Recognition:

“I wanted to take a moment to tell you how great it has been to work with Patrick Arrow and Mike Ingalls. They have both been highly communicative, incredibly responsive, and very informative…They were both mopping and cleaning windows and ensuring they were doing everything possible to get things ready for students.”
