Outdoor Improvements Take Shape with Site Clearing at East Irondequoit CSD

Tree clearing at East Irondequoit CSD advances outdoor improvements

Construction has begun at East Irondequoit CSD with tree removal at the Densmore Road property across from the District's Middle School. This portion of the 2024 Capital Improvement Project will develop the Densmore Road property to include:

• 2 multi-sport fields

• Nature trails

• Adjacent parking lot for overflow during events

The District-wide project will also include improvements to:

• Eastridge High School

• East Irondequoit Middle School

• Ivan Green School

• Helendale Road School

• Durand Eastman School

• Laurelton-Pardee School

• Operation Center

The District's $39.9M Capital Improvement Project passed with a successful vote back in December 2024 with no tax impact for District residents.
