Geneseo CSD Celebrates Groundbreaking for $23.9 Million in Improvements

Wednesday marked a major milestone for Geneseo Central School District during a groundbreaking ceremony for the $23.9 million Safe Campus: Enhancing Security and Enriching Student Life Capital Improvement Project. The event featured renderings of future spaces along with a walkthrough of the existing facilities.

After extensive planning and collaboration, it's exciting to see construction officially underway. This project is scheduled for completion in 2027 and will include:

• Gymnasium renovations

• Secure entrance, office, & lobby upgrades

• Corridor improvements

• Music, Art, & UPK classroom renovations

• Various building systems upgrades
