Campus Shares the Building Blocks of Construction with Rush-Henrietta CSD Students
Third-grade students put their problem-solving skills to the test for a chance to win a LEGO excavator
Last week Campus participated in a lesson at Rush Henrietta Central School District focused on the retaining wall installation at Leary Elementary School.
Campus led the presentation, teaching a basic lesson to the third-grade students. Two classes participated last week, and three more will take part this week.
The overall goal for the students was to figure out how many stone blocks it took to build the retaining wall. The wall's length and the size of the blocks were discussed with the students to help them solve the problem.
Students who come up with the correct answer will be entered into a drawing to win a LEGO excavator!
