Campus Recognized as a 2025 Top Workplace

Congratulations, Campus Team! Campus Construction Management Group has once again been named a Top Workplace — that's 7 years in a row!

The full list was announced earlier this month and published in the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle [see it here]. The award is based solely on the feedback many Campus team members offered through the employee survey that was administered in the fall and recently recapped in the company's annual department group meetings.

All Campus employees were invited to take part in the survey, and 123 (96%) participated. Thank you to all Campus employees—this feedback is important to making sure company operations run smoothly and the workplace culture is positive and rewarding.

Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal — only 57 companies made this year’s list. There were fewer honorees this year than last year, which makes it all the more meaningful to be among those recognized. The Campus team should all feel very honored, especially because the judges were themselves, the employee-owners!

This year, Campus ranked #7 in the Midsize category. Due to Campus' growth, this is the first year that the company has been ranked as a mid-sized company (100-299 employees). Campus' ranking last year was #31 among small companies (under 100 employees).
