Campus was selected by the Veterans Outreach Center to provide CM services for their largest capital project to date. The project expanded the Richards House—an emergency shelter for homeless veterans—from 30 beds to 46 beds with the help of a $200,000 state grant. The new building design also allowed space for additional services to support the full well-being of residents.

The project scope involved transforming 4-6 person bays into smaller, 1-2 person rooms, while also creating versatile office spaces for meetings, counseling, therapy, and addiction support. The renovation included the addition of living and common areas, as well as the modernization of the dining room, kitchen, and bathrooms.

Enhancements were made to the laundry facilities, an elevator was installed, and the main entrance was relocated. The roof was replaced, parking facilities were improved, and the courtyard was upgraded. Additionally, the entire building was updated to meet ADA compliance standards.
