Sutherland High School

Pittsford Central School District

► Pittsford Sutherland High School

Campus CMG assisted the District with prereferendum services for a lengthy period in order to gain community support for a successful referendum. The multi-phased revitalization project at Pittsford Central School District is valued in excess of $112 million and was completed in the fall of 2006.  An additional $6.2 million was allocated for an Energy Performance Contract that ran throughout all phases of construction and included such energy savings performance items as replacement of windows, upgrades to the heating system and more.

The project schedule consisted of four phases.  Included in the first phase were additions and alterations to the Allen Creek, Jefferson Road, Park Road, Thornell Road and Mendon Center Elementary schools along with the Mendon High School.  The architect of record, Thomas Associates Architects & Engineers has worked with Campus CMG and the district to prepare the plans and specifications for the incorporated scope of work. This part of the project was put out to bid on December 16, 2003 and awarded with a value of $15 million. This phase of the project was completed in August of 2005. The second phase involved an additon to the district's maintenance facility and was completed in April 2004. The third phase was the renovation and addition to Sutherland High School and the fourth phase was the construction of a new middle school (Calkins Middle School).  Visit our client at www.pittsfordschools.org
