The District's new mixed-use "gymnatorium" is a creative solution to accommodate large groups. Campus was selected early on to assist with architect selection, BCS, and pre-referendum planning.
Most recently, Campus assisted the District with the pre-referendum planning for a $50 million district-wide renovations and athletic improvements project.
Campus provided significant assistance on both phases of this district's renovations.
Campus CMG worked with Bradford CSD on renovations taking place in their district.
Avoca Central School District is located in Steuben County, northwest of Corning along the Cohocton River. The district's elementary, middle, and high schools share a single K-12 campus and serve just over 600 students.
Campus CMG has provided construction management services to Addison CSD since the mid-1990s. Our first project for the District was an $8.9 million, 37,000 SF additions and renovations project. Buildings renovated included the high school, two elementary schools, and the bus garage.
The District's $10.0 million capital improvement plan was approved June 16, 2005, and construction started in the spring of 2006.
